Suchampa bagchi filed complaint against Cleartrip on Nov 17, 2020
I have booked flight on ** st march **** from cleartrip, flight was cancelled due to covid reasons. The airline refunded the amount to cleartrip. After months of communicating with cleartrip now it shows that they have refunded my amount in my card using which i have booked the flight initially. But i have received no such refund. I have enquired with my bank and had they recheck my statement , they said no such refund was made from cleartrip
