Cleartrip - Cleartrip Cheating Customers No Proper Refund

I booked a ticket through Cleartrip with AEROFLOT airlines from UAE in January **** to travel to Dusseldorf, Germany from Dubai on May ** and return on May **. However, the flight was cancelled due to the pandemic.

Cleartrip has made me wait till date and have not refunded the money (it has been one year and * months).

contacted the Airlines directly and they sent me an email confirmation that they have already refunded the money to cleartrip. When i asked cleartrip regarding this, they gave me a reply the airlines have still not refunded the money. (What is happening confusing the customer for more than one year)
Today after several days of phone calls, emails and follow ups they have refunded only AED *** and the original rate of the ticket is ****, yes you heard it right only ***, they have no reason also about this. In the first place they agreed to refund full amount and then this happened .

they have clearly no idea about customer service they arrange a outcall for the customer and nobody calls back just to avoid speaking to the customer.

Specially the supervisors Yash tumde and Rohan they are ignoring customers clearly they dont call back even after agreeing to make a outcall.

People wake up dont book with Cleartrip ,, they behave in a way treating customers as fools . wait for one year and this is what i get in return only *** out of **** and they just ignore the customer .
