Cleartrip - Cleartrip Air Asia not refunding for cancelled flight

I have booked my flight with Air Asia through Cleartrip for * person. The return flight to Delhi- Bali was scheduled between **th March/ *rd April ****. The flight was cancelled by Air line due to Covid-**. My trip I’d with Cleartrip is ************ on the name of Vishal Kumar Verma / Jyoti Verma / Shikhar Verma.
I have been constantly following up with Cleartrip for almost two month now for full refund but with no results. Cleartrip is passing the buck on Air Asia and they say that I should follow with travel agency. Cleartrip have even stopped their phone customer care & Email support. Despite constant follow up through Email / Social media ; I am yet to get my flight refund. This is my hard earned money and I cannot let it go to a cheat organisation. Please if you can help me on this.
