Smita Gupta filed complaint against Cleartrip on May 31, 2021
Dear Sir, I have bought return air tickets (Mumbai- Dubai- Manchester) of Emirates airlines through clear trip in Feb ****.(I have attached my ticket for your reference).My trip Id is ************ Due to covid, Emirates airline has cancelled the flights in March **** and converted my tickets to ‘open tickets’. As of date, the airline has still not started flights to Manchester and hence I have requested cleartrip to refund my full ticket fare.(Rs *****/-) on * nd April ****. As per the email from cleartrip,policy of cleartrip is to refund full fare when flight is cancelled by airlines. Clear trip is now evading matters and not responding to phone calls and emails. I have attached all the emails between cleartrip and undersigned for your records. I would seek your help in receiving the full refund value of Rs *****/-. Thanks Smita Gupta
