I am having issue with my product-Kodak TV **inches which is not working now I bought on August **** and at that time of purchasing I have opted for *years Jeeves complete protection plan. So raised a complaint Jeeves technician visited and confirmed that product is damaged then I dropped an email for claim request as I opted Jeeves complete protection plan at that time of product purchase but jeeves not responding to my emails or calls even though I am asking update daily on emails but as said no response here my query is what is the use of purchasing complete tv protection plan. Need my issue to be resolve please look into this pasting the policy no of my product
