Dear Sir/Dear Madam I have made online booking for a hotel via Makemytrip site for the **th December (* night)- * adults and * children. The amount of **** INR was charged to my credit card. When I reached the hotel on **th night after a whole day tour in Aurangabad region, the hotel owner said that they had no booking with my name from MakemyTrip. In fact they have no tie up with Makemytrip and I was really in bad condition to find last minute accommodation which subjected to lot of emotional and physical stress for me and my family. I request your office to make MakemyTrip liable to refund the amount charged to my credit card plus the cost of harrasment I had because of their unprofessional behavior. I would also like to mention that I tried to reach their customer care several times, but no satisfactory feedback in fact they are trying to not to entertain my claim. Sincerely Yours
