Goibibo India Private Limited - Check in denied and had to oay extra at other hotel

I booked a hotel from goibibo from * july check in to ** juky check out in mandiya himachal. When I went there they denied us by saying that our contract with goibibo is over..I called customer executive they said that they will call me within ** minutes but no call and I have to go to other hotel and I have to pay extra at other hotel. I received a call feom goibibo and asked to comoensate me **** extra which git charged but they denied..as it was there fault not mine. Kindly help
