It is one of the worst Courier Company. They are simply Cheating just to collect money and not providing Service.
I have booked courier from Raipur on *rd August **** to ambala but it neither Delivered nor returned till **-** -**** and Stating"AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR))" .
If area is not deliverable why booking is accepted and Still why it is not returned.
I have sended important document for delivery but due to non delivery i have lost ONe year. Can they compensate same. If not then why they have taken booking.
Hence it requested from general people not trapped by DTDC by booking courier through them.
