CHANDAN MAJUMDAR filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jun 13, 2019
I had booked * rooms in a hotel named 'Hotel Princes Plaza' in old Digha from 'Make my Trip'. I had paid all the money via debit card * day before my journey. When I reached the hotel the hotel manager said to me that he cannot provide me with the rooms because he had not received any confirmation news from the company. I repeatedly tried to contact customer care to make my trip but they didn't help me. That day (**th June ****) was the worst day of my life. I have to return to Kolkata because I didn't manage any hotel there. Please take immediate steps against the company so that this type of harassment cannot happen.
