As per the "trai" regulation have contacted videocon cc they asked me to select channels from their website their website not working well even though created my back there is mandatory channels which mentioned by "trai" so there is *** channel pack which is mandatory then again user have to select those free channels and that added to list so we have to pay the extra tax even I did that too but still I cannot watch the free channel which included in the basic pack
