Recently about * days ago we had recharged our account everything worked fine but the very next day the channels we had subscribed were not shown to us we thought it would be a technical error. But remained the same for * days. So today we tried to find the reason behind it when we contacted the operator they said that our channels were changed that we subscribed for to other channels that we don't watch. It was quite frustrating to hear we asked them to replace the plan but they misled us and confused us they said to try using the online website. When we visited the online site it was saying to contact customer service no that we contacted before. The call with the customer service was half an hour long but without any result. Now I am frustrated and not in mind to contact again. Kindly do a quick action toward them just think how much money they are going to earn by this trick crore of profit as the customer can't change the channel they choose and because of their need, they are going to subscribe more channel. My customer id no is *********. In the image, you may see the migratory plan that we had not subscribed.
