It is with great displeasure that I am writing about my recent travel from Nellore to Bangalore on **th December **** bus number AP** Y****. While booking the ticket it showed that it was an AC bus however when we boarded the bus it was non-AC. When asked the driver he was clueless and said this bus has always been non-AC. I was traveling with my daughter and she could hardly sleep. Adding to it the bus was in pathetic condition in such a way we felt every pothole through out the journey. There was no tv, no snacks served nor was it clean. This has been my worst travel experience so far. Lastly I booked this ticket at a whopping Rs ****.
I have called your customer care and registered a complaint with number ********. This is a clear case of cheating consumers by providing wrong information at the time of booking the ticket. I booked the ticket through your app and it shows that the bus has AC. I have attached the screenshot of my ticket. I have confirmation emails from you as well. It is your responsibility to verify each and every information that you provide at the time of booking as they are critical while choosing a bus. Since you have provided wrong information which has lead me to book this ticket I have been cheated. I seek a complete refund of my money within * days failing to which I would take serious action not limited to a complaint at the consumer court for clear case of cheating consumer
