Paytm Mall - Cheating by Paytm

I has bought a Laptop on which they Promised that they will provide a unique promo code of ***% cashback up to INR **** for laptop bags & I can purchase any bag. After receiving the Promo on Email, I was unable to apply that promo code on any laptop bag so I contacted them via Facebook Chat. they resolved the issue in a week but applied the conditions that promo is applicable only on selected bags. They provided a link containing ** Bags (Duplicate Bags as I have had experience of such bag in past from paytm only) having value starting from **** to ****. (Actual value of these bags is INR *** to ***, if we buy from paytm itself. There is / was no condition that promo is applied to selected category of bags. This is how they cheat.
