My name is YARLAGADDA MANOHAR, before one year i have taken Byjus tyabllet learning program from Byjus for two kids nameing Durwin and Dhakshith. ihave taken this on emi.
on **-*-**** a sales executive named kalyan approched me and asked to convert Tablet learning program to Tution center program, He said that old loan will be cancelled at zero cost, only new emi will be charged, then he called his sales manager susheel and done the process. now i am forced to pay both the emi. i calleds many times to Byjus to solve the issue but thy are not responding
