RELIANCE DIGITAL - Cheated or Wrong Product Delivered

Dear Respected Sir,

I have Purchased Samsung Smart TV Model Code No: UA**T****AKLXL, Serial Number: *AJE*PAR******Y. It is very surprising that no Voice Assistant application like Google Assistant | Alexa is available in the system.

While in the specification page of both Samsung India and Reliance digital it is clearly mentioned that Google Assistant and Alexa have been already available in preloaded apps. Now I am feeling that I am Cheated by Reliance Digital or else they have sent me the wrong product.

Today morning Mr. Yogesh Kumar from Samsung Service ( Mob No: **********) came to Check the Issue and he told me that it is a different Version and not the same that is shown in the specification page of both Reliance Digital and Samsung India. Mr Mubark Ali ( Mob No: **********) who is a senior of Mr. Yogesh Kumar simply said that he can't do anything in this matter. Now Both Reliance digital and Samsung are putting blame on each other and because of all of this I am suffering without any fault. I Strongly feel that it is a mistake of Reliance Digital that they didn't check the specifications thoroughly before putting it on their website.

There is no possibility in the Smart TV which will support any Google Assistant or Alexa Assistant in the Smart TV.


I also received a Call from this Number ( Mob No: **********) Reliance Digital Resq Team. Lady who is speaking on the other Side asked me to share a screenshot of the specifications page and assured that she will provide me with a solution in the shortest possible time. But as of Now I have not got any further call regarding the update.

Below I am attaching the Invoice Copy Along with Screenshot of Specifications Page on Website Where Clearly mentioned the Google Assistant & Alexa Assistant Feature.

I have purchased the TV after going through this Specifications only. Now either provide me replacement of this TV with model where Google Assistant | Alexa are preloaded without compromising the current available features or refund my money and take back your TV. I have suffered a lot and am looking for resolution promptly without further lingering on the matter. I have faith in Reliance Digital management and having a loyal customer of Reliance Digital I firmly believe that I will get Justice.
