Hema Balu filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Jun 28, 2019
Channels were not coming from ** days and we kept calling everyday video to check the status. They keep saying us to wait for * hours every day. They accepted that they have charged us unnecessarily without providing any service and delaying to refund. We can't even leave this matter and recharge again because the deducted amount is more than two months subscription. So they will again deduct and make us suffer. It is like mental harassment for us to keep calling daily not watching TV. There are many customers suffering like us with different issues but with Videocon. Please take action immediately.
