Hello..sir ..I purchased ** inch samsung frame tv from samsung website..which was delivered to me on **/*/**.. arround **pm.. installation.engineer member came in evening..he didn't found "no gap wall mount"..in box..I called customer care ..they told me .. engineer carry wall mount ..they didn't provide in box..but engineer said they have only normal wall mount..they have no .."no gap wall mount"...
Sir I purchased samsung frame for no gap wall mount.. which was not provided me .. from engineer /shopping site ..what will I do....I did complaint so many time ..also..not ready for return..they said box is opened...but box is opened by there installation engineer..
Sir plz suggest ..what will I do
