Dileep kumar vs filed complaint against Royal Enfield on May 19, 2019
Marikar Motors Trivandrum charged me for Royal Enfield spoket drum. Actually my vehicle under warranty. I maintained periodic service with them only. Something happened to the spoket drum from their side during periodic service. I informed them about the spoket drum issue in each service. But they didn't rectify the complaint and finally, they changed the unit and charged me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
