I had primary (Platinum HD pack) and secondary mirror connection. I placed relocation request with cc on Dec *, **. I had both the connections reinstalled around Dec *.
Also, had a new third connection installed. CC informed it's mirrored, too like secondary and first month free.
So, called cc around Dec end to know monthly recharge amount. **** was the amount.

I recharged with **** for it to last whole of Jan. It was going to expire on **th for some reason. I called cc on **th Jan and learned third connection was not mirrored but platinum non HD worth *** and to make it HD, they applied Rs.*** HD pack. Thus, the third connection instead of Rs. ***, it was *** + ***. Hence, monthly balance short. CC disabled the *** pack to correct it on call and informed will check how and why this was done wrongly and promised to fix it by **st Jan. I stressed it was their fault that my pack was expiring on **th and I wouldn't recharge until they corrected it and put ***rs back in my account. They didn't come back on **st but later in Feb to inform they wouldn't put *** Rs back in my account because it was done by the dealer.
Now, I only contacted cc every time, so I wonder where the heck a dealer has come from. Plus, the *rd connection was supposed to be mirrored like *nd but it wasn't and later, miraculously they put it on the dealer and lied for *** Rs and didn't own their mistakes. They charged me around **** for relocation. **** for *rd connection then recharged Dec with around ***. I recharged with **** for ** days but lasted **. I've been cheated and lied to no extent. I've been a customer for *-* years and have faced such experiences before but I ignored as they fixed it later.
I asked for NODAL officer repetitively, no avail. The provided number was also incorrect. Called, emailed, tweeted. All useless. My three TVs are down since Jan **th and it is March now. In my known group of people, so many have gone through such horrifying events and were forced to change the DTH vendor. I wish for a strict action/severe penalty against such evil practices. I have recorded calls, emails and tweets.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
