I had made two bookings for Pune- Delhi sector. I was supposed to travel with Sr. Citizens and kids but due to increased COVID cases and weekend curfew being imposed in Delhi I requested EMT to change my tickets for next month. They charged extra ****/- rs as fare difference which i paid but they didn't reissue the tickets. After ** hours they asked for extra *****/- INR to reissue the tickets whereas timelines being crossed by EMT team. It is a monetary loss as well as mental harassment in the financial crunch. I have all the proofs of payment as well as written communication.
