Makemytrip.com - Charged almost double than actual

I have booked Yatrsa guest house at Leh through makemytrip for which they have charged **** for two nights during May ** to **. On reaching there i found that the hotel though very good but for **** to **** range. When they came to know what I paid, the hotel owner astonished because they listed for **** only with makemytrip. Above all, till today the owner has not been paid by makemytrip whereas I paid on *st May.
Now my complaint is,
*. How can they show price more than the hotel owner asked? Is it not like above MRP?
*. Why they have not paid to the hotel whereas i paid long ago? They should give penal interest at higher rate.
*. They should refund the excess **** to me with interest.
*. This is also one kind of fraud and makemytrip should be punished for that.
