I have * connections. Some channels are not working for both the connections. I have tried to call the customer centre. The number is not reachable. When the number connects very rude customer service people ask to call after ** mins and still nothing happens. Totally frustrated! Either fix the problem immediately or return my money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
