We have been trying to activate Star Sports Hindi channel for last * month via various methods - customer care call, customer care mail, www.d*h.com, d*h infinity app.
After TRAI new tariff order we selected the required channels and submitted the selection. The channels got activated accordingly except * channel star sports Hindi.
Since then we have been spending hours to just get connected to customer care executive via call.
And they all are replying that we have accepted your request and it will get activated by this time.
It is almost ** times that we have spoken to them to just hear the same reply always without a proper solution.
Their website is a different mess altogether where there is an option to select "Addon " but the search tab for channel never works.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
