Rakesh Sharma filed complaint against Tatasky on Oct 6, 2018
The DTH operator suddenly dropped channels on the pretext that Sony has increased the prices but Sony publicly said that they have not increased the rates. Tatasky made all subscribers give missed call to activate signals that were subscribed.
When I called they said most channels have resumed but many channels are not even listed in their menu.
I then asked for refund and compensation as I had prepaid for channels but they are not responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
