Dileep Ambrela filed complaint against Videcon D2H on Aug 13, 2019
I have currently platinum hd package with * add on channels. But after last recharge, first HBO was stopped broadcasting even though on the company site it is shown listed in platinum hd. On Friday *th of August **** HBO can be seen and the situation was reverted to what it should have been. But on the very next day all the channels under the umbrella of Sony Television service has been stopped broadcasting including couple of sports channel from Star TV service i.e. star sports channel *** and ***. I had tried to contact customer care first time I was able to talk to company representative he said to wait for a bit while he was checking, I was on hold for ** to ** minutes approx. Their was no response and was cut off. After that I tried to contact second and third time each time when the system asked to enter my registered mobile no. It didn't accept later tried with my customer id it also was not accepted. The customer service and broadcast of channels by Videocon d*h has gone down to the level that even it surpasses the deepest trench on earth. And that was telling mildly.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
