Videocon D2h - Channel activation and deactivation not available

*. Many of the bouquets that TRAI introduced are not available on the d*h website for * month. Tried contacting their customer care many times but no improvement. They always say our team is working on it. Partial bouquets of StarHD and SonyHD are available and no bouquets of ZEEHD and ColorsHD are there.
*. I have added a sports pack which stopped after * days of working and now its not visible in my account. I tried again adding that pack but there is no update.
*. There's a channel called cine active which is automatically getting added to my account and I've asked customer care * times to remove that channel but its still there. It cost about Rs.**/month.
*. Service quality of videocon d*h is worst.
