I made a booking with Goibibo and made a payment of ***** INR, at the time of booking an offer named travelfest was going on the application under which if payment was made through hdfc debit card then a cashback of *% of total booking amount limited to maximum **** INR was to be credited into account within ** days of booking.
I drop multiple emails to goibibo from * march but I am still pending with the resolution.
My ticket id is ******** and booking ID: GOFLIANDe*cce**********
Attaching the confirmation from the goibibo team that amount would be refunded and I have already given go ahead but post that no resolution. Request you to please intervene.
