I bought apple airpod from Reliance digital on ** nov **** which had cashback of **** and I was told I get it back with *-* months . Till now I have not received cashback and when I escalated , they are telling me that offer was on EMI payment , not on single payment which I was not being told while purchasing the product . They are asking me for charge slip . Who keeps the charge slip handy for an year . This is FRAUD from them. Help me getting my cashback
