Makemytrip.com - Cashback not processed

I booked a ticket today domestic floght using my citi card which was elogible for a cashback on Tuesdays for flight bookings of more than Rs****. I applied the code FLYNOW as desired and when I called them to ask how many days will it take for it to be processed, they said that the coupon code was never applied. I have called them ** times since then on a single day and they have been rude and not helpful at all.
