I haev booked a zoom car for **th september with the booking ID: JPSN*FIFW...
upon going to the pick up location...i found that the car's BRAKE is not working ...i contacted the customer support and he admitted that car has brake repair issue and asked me to leave the car at the pick up location..and he said refund has been initiated for me......
I left the car at the pick up location ....after * days ...i was shown a bill of extra **** rs along with already paid **** rs ......
its been more than a month but refund was not credited till now ...instead a extra **** bill is being shown in my zoomcar account...
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
