Zoom Car - Car breakdown

I have booked zoom car from ** sept to ** sept costing Rs.***** without fuel , however on ** sept while travelling to Ahmedabad on our way to reaching vadodara we had filled Rs.*k petrol in car . Just leaving from petrol pump we had a breakdown at night on Vadodara city highway road. To our nightmare the Zoom car did not provide any road side assistance nor the host could do anything about the situation. On consent of host we took the car to local garage which diagnosed that the car gas kit is totally damaged and needs a new. This shall take around **k with *.* days labour duration. Meanwhile the host was not assured whether to get it repaired or not. We took second opinion from another garage and we got the same response. However still the car host was not sure and said that zoom car will be taking care of everything at this point. We were made to wait on highway with my * yr old child for over * hrs with this request that we will get back with your complaint resolution. Complaint number *******. Unfortunately at **:** am they said us sorry we cannot help you at this time , nor can we provide you another booking or car from your location. We managed to book uber to Ahmedabad at our own cost. We had to return Mumbai the very next day and again zoom car said the next day we cannot help you. Being in Ahmedabad City , we did not received Zoom car assistance. We somehow booked train tickets for our family to return. This whole cost us around ** k with a horrible experience from Zoom car. As our trip wasn't completed I want Zoom car to refund my trip amount , with all other charges they made me face while leaving us stranded.
