I've ordered a Preethi zodiac mixer grinder of worth ****/- on August *th ****. It was supposed to be delivered to me on **th aug ****. I didn't get it on time. Even after numerous calls made to them, like nearly **-** calls, I was simply asked to wait and I waited upholding my trust on them for nearly **-** days. Since my parents weren't happy about this long delay, I decided to cancel the order on sept *th. They told me to wait for ** business days for the refund and I waited. Today's it's *th Oct and still now sign of refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
