Hi I ordered veg Biryani from eatfit through Zomato app after * hour delivery boy called me and was asking for my current location I sent him the location her wasn't so confusing he contacted customer care executive and they called me to confirm the location
I confirmed them my location after that delivery boy says it's *.* km so I will not deliver as per company policies
He started arguing with their customer care executive on conference call and her rejected my order mentioing that my location was wrong after wasting * and half hour and no refund nothing. I contacted there chat service they said your location is worng correct your location we can't help. I said till yesterday I wasn't receiving your orders suddenly today you guys are telling it's a wrong address they didn't help
