My Go Air flight booking for flight G* *** on March **, **** was cancelled due to Covid reasons. Post that I have been trying to contact GoAir to get a refund for the flight. However, it appears all of their communication channels are only halting the clients and not letting for any actual communication to happen. I am unable to contact them and get the refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
