Deepak Bisht filed complaint against Ease my trip on Apr 13, 2020
I had booked Flight ticket (BOOKING ID - EMT********) from Ease My Trip application ( Flight Details - Air India flight no #*****. Pantnagar to Dehradun - dated **th Dec **** ). Unfortunately, this flight got cancelled because of bad weather. Air India issued a cancellation certificate to me for cancelled flight and gave assurance of full refund.
I submitted the certificate with the Easemytrip and they replied that I will get full refund for the cancelled flight.
Now it has been more than * months since I am asking them for refund, and every time they are replying that Air lines has not released funds.
They have left me with no other option but to raise complaint here. Please help to resolve it.
I am attaching flight cancellation certificate and screenshot of mail correspondence with the easemytrip.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
