I ordered a roll from roll express. On my screen, It was clearly written that the restaurant hasn't confirmed your order yet. Before the restaurant could confirm it, within a minute of ordering I cancelled the order. When the restaurant didn't confirm it, then how on earth is it possible that the restaurant had started preparing for it? They charged ***% amount of the order. When I got nothing, why would I pay a single penny? Order No. **********. Please help.
