We purchased Byjus subscription for our child for * years. We are not satisfied with the quality of services provided. There is no improvement in our child's academic performance. The recorded lectures which are provided to us by paying subscription money are already available in the free version of application. We want to discontinue this subscription and want the refund for money paid.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
