Byjus - Cancellation of order issued refund

BYJU’S representative Ishant Rawat visited my house on **.**.**. He processed the registration and get forms signed by me stating that it was registration formality. In our meeting he insists me, Madam, if you purchase now immediately (For Grade *th to Grade **th ) then I will give you a better discount. I said no problem I don’t want discount but I will purchase after few days, but he continuously forced and told madam actually trial period is ** days but I will give you more days for trial then If you want to discontinue us no problem we will do refund and return your money and if you any doubt call me anytime. Accordingly, we have ordered the Byjus Tablet learning program (order no *********) on **.**.** and we are received in our hand on **.**.**. After using this I am not satisfied so I request to Ishant for return due to the Science portion is totally different from a school book. We had sent him on WhatsApp please return against he forced us we will mapping on tab likewise school book please you kept Byju. Once again if you did not like Byju and you want to return then we will do it. Then from **.**.**, we are calling him but he is not pick up our calls. Then we call to on customer care number where (now I don’t remember one lady name) she was also told us I am sending a mail with link of study where the same portion likewise school book but again the same story this link was totally different from the book. Then once again we call her of return procedure she was also saying ok I will do it but then she is also not attending our calls. Finally, we called to Finance team (Mr Anurag) he is saying no it’s crossed ** days trial period then we can’t do anything for return process, you have only one option i.e. you keep Bjyu. We told him but study is totally different with school he was saying YES, of course, it’s not for Maharashtra Board it’s for State Board if it’s not useful now then it will be useful after *th Grade then we are fighting ok we will buy after *th grade but now please return our money. He said no it’s out of terms and condition of Byju’s.
