MakeMyTrip has cancelled my open tickets which I had booked through Emirates from India to Europe without my permission.
Because of this cancellation I am now not able to reschedule my tickets. Moreover, while following up on this with MakeMyTrip, I am constantly being lied to by agents and supervisors, and any promise made to resolve my issue is not being kept. I constantly have to follow up and even then I am being dodged and stalled by the MMT team. As this is a part leisure/part business trip, I am losing money and reputation because I can't live up to my planned schedule with business associates. I expect them to immediately reschedule my flights to the earliest date and compensate me for damages caused.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
