I have enrolled my daughter for this course on ** March ****.Due to some personal issues I decided to cancel enrolment after one week. I talked to Karim and asked him to cancel my enrolment. I mailed them several times but he did not respond. I raised support ticket. Their executive told me they will do the needful.
My daughter did not attend a single class and asked why can't I get refund. I raised one more ticket But still no response. My EMI is getting deducted from April and bank is saying only PLanetspark can help you.
Please help me in getting my money back and cancelling EMI. My child name is Fatima Ekram.
