Byjus - Cancellation of course at Day 1 but refund not received

Reason: it was forcely given to us, as we had joined video only for demo. But the sales person has concealed the payment information at first and when I have reject to take course they gave us many many convincing plea's. We felt that without payment they will not leave us, so forcefully I have to make payment. It is around **k total paid. Out of which *k was registration and balance course fee. So I was not in favour to take this product,even then the sale person has gave me ** days returned advice. And all other matter is in trailing mail.please proceed for the refund.
