Raju Vasudev Isuru filed complaint against Byjus on Dec 14, 2020
At the time of taking admission a byjus counsellor told me that there would be live classses on byjus, but when i purchased the product there was no option for live classes. Then i called a mentor and asked her about premium live classes and then she told me that i had to pay *****rupees more for premium live classes. They have frauded me. I am not at all satisfied with the product. I can't pay this hefty amount anymore. I requested them for cancellation of product but the counsellors are saying that it is not possible. Till date I have paid them ***** but i dont want to pay them anymore.
