I booked ticket in RK Travels via Redbus portal for my sister and mother in law. We went to Ahmedabad for Vacation. I started before them and they were supposed to board the bus later.

I got a call from RK travels at about *** PM that the scheduled bus is cancelled and the refund will be processed in * days. Both my sister and mother in law are old and they did not had any money for hotel check in as the reservation ended by then. They did not even had money to rebook on any other bus.
In Ahmedabad they were left in lurch.
I called Red Bus, the only solution they gave was a stupid "I AM Sorry for the inconvenience Caused"
One of the most pathetic customer service from Red bus. They said they will arrange for another bus provider... I got a call as well... but he asked me to pay ***% times more in cash.
What a lame service of Redbus. You guyz should better pack you bags and start selling bus ticket by placing a table at bus stations... I don't understand why they have put help line numbers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
