Hi- we subscribed for a course for my kid studying in *st standard. We were informed that there is a trial period of ** days and we can proceed with cancellation if not satisfied. We were also informed that our EMI will be presented only after the trial period ends. However it’s been ** days since I raised for cancellation and I have already * EMI along with interest and GST charges. Still there is no update on my cancellation request
