Mudit Raniwala filed complaint against Byjus on Nov 19, 2019
Hello,
We were sold the byjus service by Ms Geetika Moolchandani in Mumbai, Invoice BYJUS*****************. During the presentation she informed that a promotion is going on and we will get * month to cancel the subscription if we are not happy.
We informed her about the cancellation verbally within ** days of getting the tablet but sent a cancellation mail only after few days of not receiving any feedback on our cancellation request. However this was done within the ** period that we were offered. We got a response from Byjus that since we have crossed ** days period cancellation cannot be processed.
Ms Geetika confirmed that she has sent a mail to the cancellation department confirming that ** days period was offered and cancellation can be accepted.
We have now been following up with her and the Byjus support team since over a month who keep passing the ball on one another. Support team says they haven't received any email from Geetika and Geetika says she has sent several emails requesting to cancel our subscription and refund the money charged.
This has been going on since over a month. Attached is a SMS conversation wherein Geetika has mentioned that cancellation approval has been sent. We shared a snapshot of this conversation too with Byjus support team, still they are going on saying that they haven't heard from Geetika.
Now we only hope to get our cancellation processed and refund at earliest.
