Byjus - cancellation is done in the month of april but still the emi is generating i couldnt find a solution

I took a course from byjus in the month of March and I couldn't find the course is worthy and I made cancellation request but they didn't accepted my request and then I raised my request in the consumer helpline number after that they took this into consideration and they cancelled my course and they sent mail stating my cancellation. But the cancellation approval has been done in the month of April after the emi is also stopped but While I was checking my credit the report shows me that byjus payment is pending from the month of May so my credit score is impacting while I call them they were saying that my loan has not been cancelled I couldn't understand why they were doing this to me
