Mr Vishal phone no.********** sold me byjus plan for my child forcibly and said that if you want to cancel it you can make a call and ask for refund. They delivered me material on ** th of April and i asked about cancellation on **nd of April. They wantedy a reason and i gave. After that day i tried to call him ase well as customer care no one replied to me. Now they have generated a loan against this. I want to surrender the loan. . Mr Vishal Thakur is not picking up the phone and not answering to my messages. I am fed up of all. Kindly do the needful as i m atteching screenshots of delivery date, screenshots of calls as well aseof what's app message also.
