This mail is regarding the product byjus with reg.no.***** for my kid. This is ***** his father writing you guys this mail. By believing the word of byjus executive, I have forced to opt for the * year course . Within ** days we have recognized that my kid is not able to cope up with it. Then I contacted byjus executive for a solution, he told me to wait for some time , because the kid is of *st standard, so he may take some time to adapt to the new system. Then I waited for some time to train my kid by believing his words. After so much effort I came to know that it is not suitable for my kid. Then onwards I Tried to reach the customer support team for an immediate refund but they have been completely ignorant and even not caring about my words, which was not professional on a company side. I don’t want this issue to be prolonged and I want this issue to be solved asap . I was mentally disturbed for a product which is not being used by us but EMIs are being in process. I have been calling team for months but no one is responding in any positive manner. so please help in resolving this issue.
