Shrihari filed complaint against Byjus on Apr 28, 2023
I have contacted Byjus again today and I want a callback by tomorrow at any cost. My refund should reflect by this weekend and EMI should be canceled without fail, no excuse will be tolerated (I still receive reminders to pay EMI). I am fed up with writing and talking to Byjus only to find all my efforts go in vain (Even after submitting grievance). This will definitely have repercussions.
I will sue Byjus and take legal action for all the mental pressure and torture I've been through for over * months now. Byjus will have to compensate for this which will eventually lead to paying more than required. This will negatively impact Byjus reputation and an online complaint will be filed immediately. Why does it take this long for a reputed MNC to take action and refund after all ₹**k ??.
After all the happenings, this is my last attempt to resolve this issue. It is in best interest of both parties to address and resolve the issue by this weekend.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
