Naveen filed complaint against Byjus on Dec 29, 2021
At the time of subsctiption payment Byju's team told that they will give ** days trial period. If we will not like the app we can cancel the subscription and will get our money refund. But after when we raised request to cancel the supscription there is no response from their team. We have raised many requests through their support number(**********) & email id(support@byjus.com). But there is not any update about our refund. Please help us to get our refund from Byju's.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
